Some ISP's block my emails because my ISP (Choice One Communication) is blacklisted. I am working to resolve this, but it will take some time, and money. If you prefer web-based email, I suggest hotmail.com. Both services can be read with Outlook Express, allow you to not filter incoming mail, and are easy to change if the spammers discover the address.
