If this email address can be identified to a single account with a single email address, the password will be reset and a temporary password will be send to the email address. If the email address is associated with multiple accounts or the account has multiple email addresses you will be prompted for which account to reset and which email to send the temporary password.

If you do not receive the email, please check your spam filters. You need to reconfigure your span filters to allow email from casazza.net. Refer to my Spam Page for more information on spam filters. The best way to re-test you spam filter changes is to sign up again with the same email address. The system will send another invitation.
